You’ll have everything you need (and more) to make this your most comfortable stay yet, plus you’re in a fabulous central Denver location!

The Space:

This gorgeous home located in central Denver is tastefully decorated and furnished for your best long-term stay yet! The home has lots of unique character inside and out, with skylights throughout, high ceilings, built-in cabinets, and hardwood and tile floors that create a bright and charming atmosphere.

The master suite has a king-sized bed and an ensuite, 5-piece bathroom with a beautifully tiled large soaking tub and walk-in shower. There are two other bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with a twin-sized bed. The large kitchen has gorgeous slab countertops, an island, newer stainless appliances, a kitchen peninsula with barstool seating, and is fully stocked for whipping up your favorite meals.

If you’ll be working from home, there’s a tastefully decorated working space with a modern desk and comfortable office chair perfect for getting in the zone! When you’re ready to relax, there’s a large backyard patio where you can hang out and enjoy a local brew. There’s also a very comfortable sectional sofa, Smart TV, and soundbar so you can stream your favorite series or movie. Other convenient amenities include a washer and dryer in the main-floor laundry room and an oversized 2-car garage for parking.

Welcome to the Country Club neighborhood - located between Cheesman Park and Cherry Creek! This area is very walkable, with the neighborhood’s best restaurants, bars, and shops just steps away along 6th Ave! The popular Cheesman Park and Denver Botanic Gardens are also a short walk away.

Country Club is less than a mile away from the Cherry Creek Center, which boasts over 160 stores and restaurants and is known as Denver’s premier shopping experience. You can also pick up the Cherry Creek Bike/Hike path less than a mile away, which you can follow to the Cherry Creek Shopping Center and other fabulous parks along the way! If you’re looking to enjoy the area’s outdoor recreation, you can visit nearby Cheesman Park, Congress Park, and Washington Park, or pick up the Cherry Creek Bike/Hike path less than a mile away!

The neighborhood is centrally located in Denver, with easy access to Downtown, the Denver Country Club, Denver Zoo, Botanic Gardens, sports stadiums, the city’s favorite dining establishments, and so much more! You’ll find an eclectic collection of restaurants within walking distance along 6th Ave and a little further away on Broadway, South Pearl Street, and Alameda Ave.

One of Colorado's main draws is Rocky Mountain National Park, which makes for a great day trip. Drive 1.5 hours through a dramatic canyon for a day of hiking, sightseeing, and wildlife viewing. Depending on your destination, skiing is 1-3 hours away. Locals head to Echo Mountain, Eldora (near Boulder), or Loveland (near Georgetown) for a more low-key experience. We're also within a few hours of Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.

This location is the perfect jumping-off point for exploring the best of Denver and the Rockies! But, of course, it's impossible to see everything in one visit, so we look forward to hosting you again after you fall in love with Mile High Life.

Getting Around:
If you've never been to Denver, getting oriented is easy. The Rocky Mountains are to the West, and Downtown is a 10-minute drive Northwest of where you will be staying. I-70 West will take you into the mountains and straight to the ski areas. I-25 will bring you directly to Fort Collins to the North and Colorado Springs to the South. The 36 takes you to Boulder and eventually the Rocky Mountain National Park gateway towns of Lyons and Estes Park.

Denver is a highly walkable city. In addition to the nearby Cherry Creek and Downtown Denver, the Union Station, City Park, and Five Points neighborhoods are excellent choices for strolling. Prefer to do your exploring on two wheels? Grab a B-Cycle and get pedaling! There are multiple B-Cycle stations in the neighborhood, including one just a block away at 2001 E 17th Ave. For those without a car, we recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft. Premier attractions are a short, inexpensive ride away. Get exploring!
