The hotel is nice and we enjoyed our stay. I’ll add some pros and cons to help someone reading the reviews decide for themselves. Pros: •Good location, about 10 min walk to the beach and local restaurants and shops. •Nice and helpful staff. •Good facilities and pool area. •Good entertainment at the poolside during the day (we didn’t check out the evening programme). •Our 8 y.o. loved the games room. •Towels changed every day, beds made every day, sand from the beach hoovered every day. •Good choice of food at the breakfast and dinner buffet. Cons: •Very loud air conditioner (imagine a washing machine on a spin cycle the whole night). •Our room has been decently cleaned only once during a 7 days stay. The bathroom smelled like a public toilet when we moved in and nothing changed for a week apart from the Sunday cleaning team that managed to do the impossible - leave it odourless. •Dirty dishes at breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. And I don’t mean water stains. Broccoli from last night’s dinner stuck to my plate at breakfast and orange bits inside the glasses were disgusting. Some days were ok, some days were like this. •Impossible to get a sun bed at the pool if not up to fight for it by 7:30 am. It seems there are teams that are great and the ones that do not really care about cooking and cleaning. They alternate - so food is good one week with no decent cleaning, then the other week it’s clean and shiny with so-so food options.
