A few things about the place

We hope to provide everything you need during your stay. All bedding and towels are included. The kitchen has most everything needed to prepare meals (just bring the food!). There is a washer and dryer in the unit. All bathrooms include toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Wi-Fi is included (you will receive login details when you arrive). If there is anything else you need please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate!

Ocean Pines Beach Club Parking Pass available upon request. This pass allows you to park in the private lot located between 49th and 50th streets in Ocean City. Spaces are not guaranteed and the lot fills up quick so arrive early. This pass does not get you access to the beach club pool but you can pay a daily fee to access the pool.

Parking - this property can comfortably accommodate 6 vehicles. We ask that you stick to this limit of vehicles.

Check in is 4:00pm. Check out is 11:00am. If you need to check in earlier or out later please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

House Rules - No smoking inside the unit (Extra cleaning fee will apply for smoking). Please keep noise down after 10pm. We love pets but unfortunately this property does not allow pets.
