Everything was good. Booked thru Expedia. Restaurant staff told us breakfast was included,but reception desk tried charging. We had to ask for manager to decide and he finally waived b/f charges.

Good location & comfortable room

Great central location and comfortable stay however room was small, carpets were dirty, towels were very old or of poor quality. Trash can did not open. Staff was courteous and helpful however the overall experience was not what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel so I was surprised they have that rating.

Located at the outer ring road this hotel is equidistant from all the major locations. I liked my stay in the hotel
