QV City Fringe with Carpark (890)

1 bedroom fully serviced apartment on the City fringe. Included are TV, Wifi and a secure carpark. The living area is open plan. The bed is a SuperKing. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and also houses the laundry.
A starter pack of bathroom and kitchen condiments are included, fresh linen and towels, with the apartment been serviced weekly.
No smoking or e-cigarettes in the apartment, on the balcony or in the complex.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $500 or $600 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.

We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of others occupants in the complex.
Photo ID, valid email and phone number required.
Strictly no party and no noise between 11 pm to 7 am.
Strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs in the apartment.
The guest would be charged up to NZ$500 if a noise complaint or smoking trace is reported against them.
