The building is newly built (2010) and is located at 4 Serifou street, near to Koliatsou Sq. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, is 65 sq.m. and is exclusively decorated with IKEA furniture. It is illuminated by the sun all day. You can use 2 balconies. Wifi free, at speed> 100Mbps. You also have a free bicycle at your disposal. High safety parking on the ground floor, with remote control and CCTV. Arrival and Departure without our presence with code for electronic locks on the entrance with a safety door.

THE SPACE
Living room and kitchen together, with access to a large balcony with table and chairs where smoking is allowed. One bedroom with a double bed and a very large wardrobe for your clothes. The bedroom has its own separate balcony. A bathroom with modern décor. There is a small space at the entrance with furniture to hang your coat, and shoe closet. There is also a desk for working with your laptop. We provide printer and subwoofer speakers. There is a 32'' TV set in the living room.
