The hotel unilaterally canceled my reservation.

On the day of arrival, I recived a text message from the hotel asking me if I intended to arrive that day or not. I texted back taht I will. They texted back confirming my response. When we arrived at the property, I was told that my booking was canceled because I arrived late (at about 7:15 pm). I argued that I was never informed of the policy of late arrival but to no avail. Hence, I had to find another hotel to stay that night.

Nice clean hotel with very friendly staff
Veröffentlicht am 27.11.2017 auf HotelsWe enjoyed both of our stays at this hotel Aamir Malik was outstanding. He helped to arrange a trip for us to the White desert for a few days plus the rail tickets and other sightseeing in Ahmedabad- all with a smile. We would rate him 11 out of 10.

Friendly Staff - Good Service
